At our headquarters, AGS PIPES production ranges from medium to large series, with manual as well as completely automated cells, and state-of-the-art machinery and technology.
AGS PIPES manufactures 12 million parts per year, between Ø 4 and Ø 89, across a 10,000 square metre production area, managing over 10,000 unique codes per customer for each design.
AGS PIPES is UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Technical and Quality Control Department
Great quantities of products require great control. AGS has a control room and a technical department with state-of-the-art equipment, including an automated 3D scanner and next generation software such as the VGP3D, an absolute guarantee of professionalism.
Thanks to our in-house team of expert and qualified 3D CAD designers we are able to share and develop personalised solutions created ad hoc for all different uses, including small productions.
Behind every perfect production there is always a great organization.
To optimize production, AGS has recently acquired “Modula” a completely automated warehouse management system.
To comply with the EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED), AGS uses a raw material tracking system. Only the equipment that meets the tracking criteria and bears the EC mark can be put on the market.
Each part manufactured by AGS is constantly monitored and controlled along all stages of the process.
